Two-car crash causes 4WD to flip onto roof at Batemans Bay

Fortunately, there were no serious injuries when a crash between two cars in Batemans Bay resulted in one flipping onto its roof.

NSW Police said emergency services were called to the intersection of Beach Road and Pacific Street, which is in the central region of the town, about 9 am on Friday (23 September) over reports of the crash.

Police learned a Holden Commodore sedan had collided with a Mitsubishi Challenger 4WD, causing the 4WD to flip onto its roof.

The female driver of the 4WD and her male passenger, both aged in their 40s, received minor injuries and were taken to Moruya District Hospital.

The driver of the Commodore, who was uninjured, was issued an infringement for negligent driving.
