From food to fashion, art classes and celebrating the medieval era, plenty is happening in the regions this week.

A 10-week art course for primary school children is kicking off this week, and the Canberra Wine District Fireside Festival is also returning for a multi-day run.

We have found two places where you can snap up a bargain this weekend, as Harden Anglicare Op Shop holds a sale and a sustainable fashion market comes to Narooma.

If you’re looking for some food-oriented events, the use of fire in cooking will be on display at Millford Acres Farm and a seven-course meal with wine and truffle pairings will be held in Bungendore to delight the tastebuds.

Also, a Beatles tribute show is coming to Batemans Bay, there is a chance to make some jewellery, and the medieval era makes a return.

This weekend, the op shop is selling everything – including toys, books, linen, shoes, clothes, handbags and bric-a-brac – at half-price, so go along and grab a bargain!
