A man has been flown to Canberra Hospital in a serious condition following a crash on the Princes Highway in Narooma.
NSW Ambulance was called just after 11:30 am to reports of a collision between two cars and a truck on the highway near Riverside Road.
Police said a logging truck heading south and a Subaru Impreza heading north collided, causing a second vehicle to crash into the Subaru.
A man believed to be in his 30s was discovered unconscious and trapped inside the Subaru. He was eventually removed by members of the Narooma Volunteer Rescue Association and airlifted to hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The driver of the truck and second vehicle were uninjured.
The crash originally blocked the highway, but one lane was re-opened at 1:35 pm. Alternating stop/slow conditions were in place with traffic heavily impacted.
South Coast Police District officers have begun inquires into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
