One northbound lane of the Hume Highway remains closed after a fatal accident early this morning, 22 March.
A young truck driver died when his vehicle left the Hume Highway and rolled.
NSW Police said the accident happened at about 6 am.
Emergency services were called to the Hume Highway at Boxers Creek, about 10 km north of Goulburn, following reports of the single-vehicle crash.
On arrival, officers from The Hume Police District found a truck had left the roadway and rolled onto the median strip.
The male driver died at the scene. He has not been formally identified but is believed to be aged in his 20s.
A crime scene has been established and inquiries are continuing into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
