The Queanbeyan Players celebrate 60 years of serenading locals with a special performance featuring some of the best songs from their musicals over the years.

Head to the library for fascinating insight into the history of NSW’s South Coast. This maritime history talk comes from historian Peter Lacey and covers the amazing history of the South Coast’s shipping past. Acting as the lifeline for the area’s farmers, residents and business owners, shipping was a mainstay in the area but that reliance brought with it risks and as a result, there are around 200 shipwrecks in the region.
Delve into the location of the wrecks, as well as their stories and the role that shipping played in the region’s history and the risks taken by sailors.
