Festivalgoers have had the date locked in for months and are counting down the days until the region’s biggest music event returns, but now it’s time for the thousands of fans set to take over Yours and Owls to make some tough decisions about which bands they must see, and which they’ll miss out on.

Just days after the surprise inclusion of two new acts, Yours and Owls has revealed the highly anticipated set times ahead of next month’s event.

With more than 100 acts across different stages, music lovers will have to decide where to set up shop for the weekend and whether it’s the big names, the international imports, the local bands or DJ mixes that will be the best experience for them.

And this year there’s even more choice with the addition of a brand new stage named after the local venue La La Las.

The Las stage will join the Owls Stage, Farmer Stage, Rad Stage and Das Schmelthaus for the first time ever and will showcase dozens of Australia’s future music icons.

Set time list for yours and owls both Saturday and Sunday.

More than 100 acts will play across the five stages.

“We always want Yours and Owls to be a place for discovery, a place where you first stumbled across your new favourite band,” co-promoter Ben Tillman said.

“There is so much up-and-coming talent in Australia we needed to add an extra stage to accommodate as many artists as we can.”

In their first year at the new home of the University of Wollongong, Yours and Owls has also introduced its new site footprint to help attendees familiarise themselves with where to go.

The map not only shows how the stages will be placed but also the food, drinks, merch or even the free breathalyzer as well as installations and workshops at Metropolis Locale.

The event will run on 14 and 15 October at UOW and tickets are still available through the Yours and Owls website.
