It will be markets galore out in the region this week with the once-a-season Nethercote Produce Markets back to highlight local growers, and the Boorowa Rotary Community Makers and Growers Markets also taking place.

Spend the weekend embracing your inner craft superstar in Goulburn with a Creative Winter Wonderland Christmas in July event, or head to Bungendore for a terrarium workshop.

Experience the best of the region’s wineries and truffles with a Van Du Vin tour, or do a family-friendly truffle hunt in Cooma.

In Bega, it’s the 20th anniversary of the Memorandum of Understanding between Bega Valley Shire Council and the local Aboriginal community, while Buddy Up Batemans Bay will run its first event, a mountain bike ride and swim.

If you fancy something a little less strenuous, enjoy Christmas in July lunch at Nelligen’s Steampacket Hotel.

Have a great week, everyone, and remember to check the latest COVID-19 restrictions and health directions before leaving home.
