Take a moment to sit back and relax this week before the Christmas rush descends.
Across the region, there’ll be cigars and whiskey at Yazzbar in Yass; a piano recital in Narooma; and a screening of 1973 Academy Award-winning film The Sting, starring Paul Newman, at Batemans Bay.
As always, there will be the hustle and bustle of the region’s regular markets. Cooma is blending its regular fresh produce market with a roots and blues music festival, while Bombala will come alive to the revs of engines for its annual motorbike show.
