Police are asking for the public’s help to find a man who was reported missing late last year but has not been seen since 2021.

A NSW Police spokesperson said David Wong, now aged 54, has links to Canberra and Queanbeyan but was last seen on Pitt Street, Sydney in July 2021.

Officers in the Monaro Police District were contacted about his disappearance in late December 2025 and began inquiries into his whereabouts.

“Police hold concerns for David’s welfare as he lives with a medical condition,” a police spokesperson said.

“David lives a transient lifestyle but is known to frequent shelters within the Sydney City area and has links to both the Queanbeyan and ACT areas.”

Mr Wong is described as being of Asian appearance, about 165 cm tall, of thin build with black hair.

If you have information on his whereabouts, contact Crime Stoppers by calling 1800 333 000 or online by clicking here.
