About Keeli Dyson

Although Keeli has always loved storytelling, her passion for journalism was unexpected and it took multiple university degrees and internships for her to find her path.

From autocue operator to producer and reporter, Keeli has worked in many aspects of broadcast journalism and created content for regional, metropolitan and national audiences, while also dabbling in digital and lifestyle storytelling.

She helped keep her local community informed as the health reporter for WIN News Illawarra during the pandemic before moving to the big smoke as a producer for Channel 7’s Sunrise.

Many major events and midnight alarms later, Keeli was feeling the itch to return to the local scene, just as (like destiny) Region Media expanded to the Illawarra.

She’s excited to speak to and showcase some of the incredible people and events in her community and find the many stories to tell.
