12-year-old flown to hospital in serious condition after Goulburn crash

A 12-year-old boy was flown to Canberra Hospital, then transported to Sydney Children’s Hospital, in a serious but stable condition after a two-car crash in Goulburn yesterday.

The boy was a passenger in a Honda CRV that collided with a Toyota Hilux on Crookwell Road shortly after 5:30 pm yesterday (1 March).

The 17-year-old driver of the Hilux was also taken to hospital with minor injuries. Her passenger, a 42-year-old man, was uninjured.

The 69-year-old driver of the CRV – in which the boy was a passenger – was also uninjured.

Officers are investigating the cause of the crash and are urging anyone with information or who may have dashcam footage of the incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
