UPDATE: 29 August, 4:05 pm – A body has been found during the search for missing 55-year-old woman, Kim Misios.
She was last seen driving in the Narooma area on Sunday, 31 July, and was reported missing earlier this month.
A black BMW sedan – which Kim was believed to have been driving when she disappeared – was found in the Wadbilliga National Park by rangers on Friday (26 August). The park’s located about an hour and a half’s drive inland from Narooma.
Police were notified and a search conducted, with a body believed to be Kim’s found in the vicinity of the BMW at about midday today (Monday, 29 August).
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
3 August- Police need our help to find a missing 55-year-old woman who was last seen on the South Coast.
Kim Misios was last seen driving in the Narooma area on Sunday (31 July), but has not contacted family or friends since.
She’s described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 155 cm tall, of medium build with blonde hair and blue eyes.
It’s believed Kim was travelling in a 2006 black BMW with NSW registration LUV 00Z.
She could be in the Narooma, Bega or Merimbula areas, and was also known to frequent Quirindi in the state’s north.
