Residents of a home in Queanbeyan were allegedly threatened with guns while an elderly man was allegedly threatened with flammable liquid during a home invasion this week.
Police are now appealling for information about the two alleged intruders over the incident from around 3:45 am on Wednesday (10 January).
The occupants of the home on Meredith Street had been woken up when two men forced their way inside, NSW Police alleged.
The intruders allegedly pointed firearms at a 23-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man before threatening a 71-year-old man with a flammable liquid.
They left a few minutes later, allegedly taking a 2013-model grey Holden Trax station wagon with NSW registration BX20JE, a mobile phone and an e-bike.
Police arrived at the property at about 4:15 am and established a crime scene.
