An eleventh person is facing court today over her alleged involvement with a drug ring in the Snowy Mountains.
The 29-year-old woman, who was wanted on outstanding warrants, was found in the backseat of a vehicle that had been stopped for a random breath test on Stornaway Road in Queanbeyan on the morning of 5 November.
She was arrested and taken to Queanbeyan Police Station where she was charged with the supply of a prohibited drug and participating in a criminal group.
The woman appeared in Queanbeyan Local Court on Friday, 6 November. She was refused bail to appear in the same court today (16 November).
The Southern Region Enforcement Squad established Strike Force Heeterra in February to investigate a group allegedly supplying ice and other prohibited drugs in the Snowy Mountains and Queanbeyan regions.
Following extensive investigations, six men and four other women were arrested in August.
They remain before the courts and investigations under Strike Force Heeterra are continuing.
