Someone in the Shoalhaven won a $100,000 payday last month – but we don’t know who it is.
The winner held the first prize-winning entry in a Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot (draw 11046), but hasn’t claimed the prize.
The ticket was purchased at Burrill Lake Newsagency and Post Office, on the Princes Highway at Burrill Lake.
Owner Jamie Stone said he was asking customers to check their Lucky Lotteries tickets.
“We’re a small town, and this win continues to get people talking and dreaming of the endless possibilities,” he said.
“We’re continuing to urge all our customers to check their tickets and hoping they could be the mystery winner.
“We’re over the moon for our winner and we hope they come forward soon. They could buy a new car, enjoy a trip around the world, or become mortgage free, they just need to check their ticket.”
The draw was on 4 November.
The Lott spokesperson Eliza Wregg said the mystery player likely didn’t realise they’d won the Lucky Lotteries draw.
“Someone in the area could be in for an early Christmas present, but first, they need to check their ticket and discover the winning news,” she said.
“We’re encouraging anyone who purchased a ticket from Burrill Lake Newsagency and Post Office to check their entries because they might be the mystery winner we’re searching for!
“As you start tidying up for Christmas and the new year, take a moment to check every nook and cranny for any unchecked lottery tickets. You never know where a winning ticket might be hiding in plain sight!”
Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot and Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot are raffle-style games, meaning there is a set number of tickets in each draw. As each ticket number is unique, there is no sharing of prizes.
Each game has two draws – one that determines the winning numbers and one that determines the jackpot number. If the jackpot number matches one of the winning numbers, then the jackpot prize is won. If the jackpot number does not match one of the winning numbers, the prize climbs for the next draw.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $17.68 million for draw 1739, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $1.80 million for draw 11050.
In FY25, 182 Lucky Lotteries first prize and jackpot prize-winning entries across Australia won more than $20.5 million.
“If you discover you’re holding a very valuable ticket, please call The Lott on 131 868 to start the process of claiming your prize,” said Ms Wregg.
Tickets can be purchased at any licensed lottery outlet, online from The Lott’s website or through its mobile app.
