Meet our lovable Pets of the Week looking for their forever homes at the Eurobodalla Animal Welfare League!
Dog of the week: Ava
Meet Ava!
Ava is a gorgeous, two-year-old, medium-to-large dog.
Based on her appearance and behaviour her carers think she is likely a black mouth cur, an unusual breed but one known for their intelligence, energy and loyalty.
She is a super friendly girl with plenty of personality.
Ava came into care with Animal Welfare League as a stray, but her very good manners show she has had training at some point.
She is well-behaved, calm and friendly with other dogs.
Ava is currently living comfortably with a male greyhound.
This lovely girl would suit an active family with older children (due to her size) and possibly another dog.

Miss Kitty came into care after her beloved owner died – now she’s looking for someone to share her heart. Photo: Eurobodalla Animal Welfare League.
Cat of the week: Miss Kitty
Meet Miss Kitty!
If a super-friendly feline companion is more appropriate, this pretty three-year-old girl is for you.
She just adores people and is an all-round sweetheart.
Miss Kitty came to AWL after her owner sadly died.
She was obviously loved and has a heap of love to give back, greeting new people with an affectionate rub around the legs.
She is relaxed with other cats and appears calm and adaptable.
Miss Kitty’s ideal home will be one where she has company most of the time.
Previously featured Pets of the Week Nala and Roxy have found their fur-ever homes.
As with all AWL pets, Ava and Miss Kitty come desexed, microchipped and vaccinated. Call AWL on 0410 016 612 to arrange a meeting.
