Wander Wonder – Exhibition at the Basil Sellers Centre

Wander Wonder is a new art exhibition at the Basil Sellers Exhibition Centre. It brings together a collection of ceramics, paintings, drawings and prints inspired by quiet moments of stillness outdoors, such as during walks or road trips. Through playful, thoughtful and considered works, Wander Wonder prods the audience to see with fresh eyes, to see unnoticed parts of daily life and to see the rhythm in the mundane.
Artists Barbara McConchie, Deb Johansen, Julian Laffan, Natalie Bateman, Patsy Hely and Waratah Lahy feature.

Sapphire Coast Orchid Club Winter Orchid Show

The Sapphire Coast Orchid Club Winter Orchid Show attracts growers from all over the region, competing with their precious flowers to win awards. Not just for orchid enthusiasts, the show gives laypeople a chance to see the beautiful flowers in bloom, with exotic and native plants to marvel at. There will also be tables where members of the club will sell their flowers, potting demonstrations and tips on horticulture.
If you’ve been looking to spruce up the garden with some splashes of colour, don’t miss the Winter Orchid Show.

Chris McGrath is a singer-songwriter who played in a band supporting Thirsty Merc, the Beastie Boys, System of a Down and many more well-known acts. He’s bringing his solo performance chops to Nelligen this Friday, with a highly energetic sound and a kinetic stage performance sure to excite.
The week is wrapping up and the Steampacket is the best local spot to relax and unwind. They bring the tunes, so you just have to bring yourself.

Classical guitarist Karin Schaupp and pianist Alex Raineri are bringing the sounds of Spain to the Eurobodalla area with a Sunday concert combining the talents of two virtuosos in their field. Their careers span solo, chamber and concerto performances all across the world. They’re uniting for a special program, informed by their passion for music.
Let yourself be serenaded by these two talents as they transport you to the Iberian Peninsula, where the days are long and the air is filled with music.
