A man accused of stabbing his alleged victim during a late-night fight on the Far South Coast has been granted bail.
NSW Police said emergency services were called to a home on Beachview Close, North Narooma at about 12:40 am on Friday (20 May).
Officers were told there had allegedly been a fight between two men, 24-year-old Jamie Keegan and an older man, during a party at the home.
Paramedics treated the older man for stab wounds to his buttocks and upper leg before he was airlifted to Canberra Hospital in a stable condition.
Police seized a knife which will undergo forensic examination and arrested Mr Keegan when he returned to the scene just before 8:00 am that day.
He was charged with reckless wounding and appeared in Wollongong Local Court on Saturday (21 May) where he was granted bail to live in Shellharbour, NSW. He must also report to police each day and surrender his passport.
The matter was adjourned to 16 June at Moruya Local Court. A plea has not been entered.
