UPDATED: 12-year-old missing from Queanbeyan has been found

UPDATED, Wednesday, 17 April: NSW Police have announced that 12-year-old Tamsyn Jenkins, who had gone missing from Queanbeyan, had been found safe and well by Tuesday night.

Tuesday, 16 April: Police are calling on the public to help them find a 12-year-old girl who has gone missing from Queanbeyan.

NSW Police said Tamsyn Jenkins was last seen walking towards a bus interchange on the town’s Morisset Street at about 1 pm on Monday (15 April).

She was reported missing and police began attempts to find her.

“Police hold concerns for Tamsyn’s welfare due to her age,” a police spokesperson said.

Tamsyn is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150 cm tall, with a medium build and long brown hair. She was last seen wearing black pants, a black and white top and pink crocs.

She is known to frequent Queanbeyan and the ACT.
