Meet our lovable Pets of the Week looking for their forever homes at the Eurobodalla Animal Welfare League!

Dog of the week: Roxy

Meet Roxy!

Roxy is a gorgeous two-and-a-half-year-old dachshund-dalmatian cross.

Sadly, her owners sadly gave her up because, reflecting her breeding, she has a strong prey drive and will chase chickens, ducks, and pocket pets.

Roxy is a friendly and happy dog who loves nothing more than lots of attention and somewhere safe to play.

She loves people, and she is good with other dogs after a polite introduction.

Roxy walks well on a lead, and like most dachshunds she is smart, energetic, and likes to be part of all the family’s activities.

Daschunds are also very loyal. Come and meet Roxy, and fall in love!

Cat of the week: Nala

Meet Nala!

This beautiful three-and-a-half-year-old grey and white long-haired cat is sweet and elegant.

Nala was surrendered to the Animal Welfare League because she was living with small children who did not understand her boundaries.

Nala has just the right mix of affection and independence.

She loves a chat and chin scratch, and will happily follow you around the house, watching you with her stunning green eyes.

Nala is looking for a quiet home where her gentle nature will be appreciated.

Previously featured Pet of the Week Lulu has found her fur-ever home.

Like all AWL pets, Roxy and Nala come desexed, microchipped and vaccinated. Call AWL on 0410 016 612 to arrange a meeting.
