Community members at Tomakin have just finished another large mosaic on the eastern side of the Tomakin amenities block. About Regional was there as Sue Jackson. Kathy McKenzie (Art director) and Delma Manning were putting the finishing touches to the artwork.

Stage one of the mosaics was completed in 2015, with design input from Mogo Primary School, and Stage 2 was completed and unveiled by Mayor Liz Innes in October 2017.

The last 14 panels have been in the making offsite since February and were installed last week.

Mrs McKenzie acknowledged the support from IGA The Moorings Tomakin and Eurobodalla Shire Council.

The Tomakin Community Association (TCA) has also been busy producing a 2020 calendar, which is available for $10.

The calendar contains 16 photos from a total of 39 photos received from the local community. The photos chosen for the calendar were selected by members of the Eurobodalla Photographic Club.

TCA will be selling the calendar at Tomakin IGA, Tomakin Sport and Social Club, Rally for Recovery, and The Rivermouth General Store.
