A 22-year-old Batemans Bay man will appear in the ACT Magistrates Court today (24 June) after being extradited from NSW on weapons charges.

ACT Policing Criminal Investigations detectives extradited the man on Wednesday afternoon (23 June) after a continuing investigation into a shooting in Narrabundah in November 2020.

The man has been charged with two counts of aiding and abetting the discharging of a firearm into a building. Bail will be opposed.

The 22-year-old is the second man arrested in relation to the 3 November 2020 shooting.
