Batemans Bay Police seek witnesses to altercation

Batemans Bay Detectives are investigating an altercation that took place in the town centre over the weekend and are calling for witnesses to come forward.

Two couples were involved in the incident which occurred between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm on Sunday (January 13) at the ‘T’ wharf on the Clyde River, Batemans Bay.

Police believe people may have been fishing nearby at the time and witnessed what took place.
